Tahini is mixed into the ready-made cake cream. The tahini pastry cream is put aside. If you want to make the pastry cream yourself, you can watch it from our Black Forest Gateau video on our channel. Spread the melted butter between the baklava filo pastry, sprinkle granulated sugar and lay out the 30 sheets of filo pastry for baklava on top of our baking tray. Bake the filo pastry until toasted in the oven for 25 minutes. Spread the tahini pastry cream between the crunchy baklava. Sprinkle pistachios on top and stack the baklava sheets. When serving the cake on a dish, the cake will now have two layers of tahini cream and three layers of baklava filo pastry.
